“I sought out Dr. Natalia after having my first baby. I just wasn’t feeling right, had no core strength and back pain. I was not bouncing back the way social media makes it appear that I should postpartum. She did a thorough history and examination and concluded that there were several areas that required attention. It made so much sense and gave me relief that it wasn’t all in my head. With proper guidance from her I was able to regain my core strength and return to a normal exercise routine. She is kind and empathetic as well as very knowledgeable on all things women’s health! There’s a common myth around motherhood that you can no longer jump, laugh or sneeze after having a baby. None of that is true and with pelvic floor therapy you can regain control of your body and confidence! Thanks Natalia!” - Dr. Susie Clothier, DC
