Online Programs

Pelvic Floor and Core strengthening programs are available online. These programs are designed to focus on functional core and pelvic floor strengthening. These are great for those who are pregnant, postpartum, peri-menopausal and post-menopausal and everything in between.

These programs are great for those experiencing bladder incontinence, core and pelvic floor weakness, pelvic pain, back pain and hip pain.

The series consists of 6 workouts utilizing the Pelvicore Ball. It is highly recommended to purchase a Pelvicore Ball from Pelvic Solutions prior to starting.
